Andrea is a personal trainer and Pilates teacher. She has worked for the university for 13 years teaching students and the general public with 121 training, group classes and has also run a running club.
She has competed in half marathons and a few full marathons including the London and Holland. She's also a keen triathlete and over the years has competed in the Dambuster Triathlon and various competitions.
She especially loves to see her clients growing in confidence and well-being as their fitness and health levels increase. She achieves this with many forms of exercise including cardio, weights and pilates.
She is looking forward to meeting everybody and helping them achieve their current challenges.
