Speech & Language Therapy
At The Health Suite, we offer speech and language therapy – working with children and parents to support and guide
As parents, we know how frustrating and stuck you can feel when you can’t figure out what your child needs. You may feel a range of emotions that can be overwhelming. If your child could talk, of course, it would make everything easier.
Our speech and language therapist, Anisha, is a new mum herself. She understands as parents how much we want to get our child to communicate. She can work with you to give you the tools to help your child communicate with confidence.
With seven years of experience in working with children with communication difficulties in nurseries, schools and hospitals in both the NHS and private sector, Anisha is keen to make a difference and provide life-changing therapy that will help enhance a child’s future.
She will use a holistic approach and has a passion for offering heart-felt therapy by supporting and guiding parents to implement strategies, and speech and language therapy techniques into their everyday life.
Parents feel disheartened when their little one doesn’t start to talk.
Our speech and language therapist, Anisha, is flexible in her approach and will work collaboratively with you in a large space at our clinic. She will work in your child’s best interest so that where possible she has their full attention during sessions.

After each session Anisha will provide advice and set targets for you and your child to work on. This will be reviewed weekly in each subsequent session. On request, a report can also be produced for the purposes of an Education Health Care Plan.
“Our little son started showing signs of Autism at the age of 1 and a half. He is non-verbal and was unable to communicate which led him towards frustration. I got to know Anisha through his nursery and started speech therapy sessions. Anisha is a very pleasant and professional therapist. She introduced PECS for Zidan and he started to understand the method of how it has to be used. We as parents felt that he was improving as he started using this method with confidence. Anisha used other objects such as bubbles, play dough, Mr Potato Head and many more sensory-related things to make his sessions exciting. Anisha was able to create an amazing bond with my little boy as he looks forward to seeing her and engaging with her”
“We came across Anisha over social media and knew that she would be the right person to help us with our 2-year old’s speech development.
"We have been working with Anisha over the last few months and have seen big improvements in our son’s development. Her methods of teaching are easy to follow and implement. She’s very knowledgeable, reassuring and supportive. We will always recommend her services.”
