At The Health Suite we offer a range of strength and

weight training group classes, open for all levels



A sports inspired cardio work out to build strength and stamina. 

The strength and weight training group classes at The Health Suite are open for all levels. The classes are an all-around program for basic strength and muscle building. 

Classes are held over a 6 week course to increase basic fitness levels and get stronger with the support of your instructor.

Strength training, like resistance training, uses opposing force to build strength across your body and increase your muscle mass. 

Using a range of hand weights, resistance bands and your own body weight the Strength and Weight Training Program can help with various health conditions such as preventing osteoporosis and muscle wasting.  

Lifting weights can also improve balance, reduce the risk of falls, support thinking skills and boost mood and energy levels. 

Our strength class aims to improve wellbeing through better balance, strength, flexibility and agility.  

These classes promote progressive resistance where your training load is increased as your muscles become stronger.
