Yoga for menopause can help you to manage some of the symptoms associated with perimenopause or menopause such as:

- Night sweats
- Anxiety
- Muscle aches

- Fatigue
- Brain fog and lack of focus
- Lack of confidence
The sessions will include a specially adapted, supportive yoga practice, incorporating breathing techniques (pranayama) and a series of mindful postures (asana) along with a meditative relaxation to help manage symptoms at all stages of your menopause journey.
Yoga for menopause is offered as group sessions or as one-to-one individual sessions.
