Kavina Minhas

Kavina made the transition from office-based work in Admin and Finance to follow a career that has played a vital role in her journey. She Studied her Level 3 in sports Massage therapy at Loughborough College and found a passion for the subject and learning. She then went on to study for her Level 4 Diploma in Sports Massage looking at joints and injuries. She has a passion for how alternative therapies can help the body. Kavina wants to be able to offer a service which is second to none, tackling the general aches and pains of day-to-day life stresses to more specific sports injuries. Kavina is continuously learning and adding further qualifications to offer her clients the best service and knowledge she can. This is to give her clients empowerment by educating them to stay pain and injury-free.

Offering; Pregnancy Massage, Remedial and Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Aromatherapy Massage.

Qualifications:

• VTCT Level 3 Diploma Sport Massage
• VTCT Level 4 Diploma Sports Massage
• Diploma in Pregnancy, Abdominal & Full Body Massage
• Acupuncture for the Management of Sports Injuries
