Our private GP appointments vary in cost, depending on the length of consultation you would like to book. This can range from £70- £215, depending on appointment length. We also offer specially tailored consultations just for GP medical checks, medical visa checks or fit-to-fly assessments.

Appointment lengths are longer than those usually offered in the NHS, allowing you plenty of time to remove any feelings of being rushed. The Health Suite offers a range of treatments that can aid in your recovery, ranging from shorter GP consultations focusing on acute problems such as a new chest infection to more in-depth consultations and health checks related to new or ongoing health concerns. We are very fortunate we have a strong team of like-minded practitioners under one roof who will be able to assist you in your journey to optimum health. If you are unsure about what treatment is right for you, then an appointment starting at 15 minutes, either face-to-face or virtually with one of our attentive GPs, will get you started on the right track.
For all initial private GP consultations, we would recommend booking a 30-minute consultation for £120 which allows plenty of time, so you are not rushed and for the doctor to take a thorough history.
We also offer an express consultation which is 15 minutes and £70. For anyone who feels they would benefit from extended time with the GP, we also have several further options which may suit you.
Anyone is eligible to see a private GP, there is no geographic restriction which may be the case with NHS GP services. We aim to make our services as accessible as possible alongside offering a high standard of care and treatment. Our GP services are available face to face or virtually.
Private GPs at The Health Suite all have extensive training as NHS GPs. Accessing a GP privately allows for more time during your consultation, easier access to appointments and rapid referrals to tests, scans and specialist care.
During a consultation a GP may issue you with a prescription. If you are attending a face to face appointment at the clinic, you will be given a printed prescription which you can take to any pharmacy to redeem your prescription. Private prescriptions are not covered under NHS charge exemptions therefore you will need to pay for your medication when you collect it from the pharmacy. Often the cost of medications can be less than the NHS prescription charge. If you are having a remote consultation, your prescription can be sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice or for a fee it can be delivered to your preferred address.
