Zainab Docrat

Zainab is a Chartered Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. She graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2014. As well as standard physiotherapy, Zainab offers dry needling, dry cupping and wet cupping as additional supportive treatments for her patients. She has been trained by the AACP for Acupuncture/Dry Needling and by ICAHT for Cupping Therapy.

Zainab is a typically hands-on therapist who enjoys using a wide range of tools and complementary therapies to aid her treatments. She believes in treating patients holistically considering all aspects of life that can be improved or altered.

She has had years of experience rehabilitating elderly patients, and patients with long-term neurological disorders including Stroke and multiple sclerosis. She is a friendly, fun-loving and caring person who enjoys to travel the world. She is adventurous when exploring foods and is keen to learn about new cultures and places.

Zainab also offers home visits for her physiotherapy services.
