This is an indulgent and relaxing massage treating the upper back, scalp and face.
Using firm pressure to ease away tension around the shoulders and neck, your massage therapist will then move onto the scalp and finish with pressure points on the face.

The aim of Indian head massage is to relieve tension built up in the head, face, neck and shoulders, As well as this, it has many physical and psychological benefits too. Indian Head Massage can reduce symptoms of migraine and tension headaches. It also helps in the management of anxiety and depression.
