This six-week Yoga Therapy Course for Digestive Health has been developed to support people suffering from common digestive problems. This can include stomach ache, heartburn, acid reflux, diarrhoea and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Digestive problems can be triggered through stress, diet, alcohol and excess weight.

When we suffer from digestive problems, simple lifestyle changes such as dietary modification, supplements or medicinal remedies combined with yoga practice can gradually reduce symptoms.

Yoga, when practised intelligently, can promote multi-dimensional health and healing which can reduce symptoms and promote healthy digestion.

In some cases where symptoms persist, practitioners may find that they are more able to cope mentally and emotionally with their symptoms.
