Dr. Shireen Hardman has over 20 years of experience in General Practice, with a special interest in women’s health. She attained Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (2002) and the Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (2001). She has also completed the British Menopause Society Certificate in Menopause Care and is a British Menopause Society Accredited Specialist.

Dr. Hardman has been a GP Partner for more than 17 years and serves as an undergraduate tutor at Leicester University Medical School, teaching wellbeing and stress management. As a female GP working within the NHS, she is acutely aware of the unmet needs of perimenopausal and menopausal women, as well as the time constraints faced in delivering this care.

With extensive NHS experience and ongoing professional development, Dr. Hardman combines clinical expertise with a deep understanding of menopause. She is committed to empowering women to make informed decisions, offering evidence-based solutions that are safe and in line with NICE guidelines, ensuring personalised, high-quality care for every patient.
