Private GP Subscription Terms and conditions

Private GP Subscription: Definitions

  • “Consultation” refers to a 15-minute GP appointment, either face-to-face or virtual.
  • “Subscription Year” means the 12-month period starting from the subscription activation date.
  • “Fair Usage” refers to clinically appropriate use, as outlined in the relevant section below.

Subscription Term

  • This subscription requires a minimum 12-month commitment.
  • It will auto-renew for an additional 12-month term unless written notice is received at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are payable via recurring credit/debit payment.
  • Subscribers may pay annually in advance to receive a 5% discount.
  • Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension of services.

Cooling-Off Period

  • New subscribers may cancel within 14 days of joining for a full refund, provided no services have been accessed.

Private GP Subscription: Appointment and Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Missed or late-cancelled appointments will incur a £50 fee.
  • Repeated no-shows or cancellations may trigger a review of service access.

Emergency Care Exclusion

  • This subscription does not include emergency or out-of-hours care.
  • In emergencies, patients must contact 111/999 or visit their local A&E.

Scope of Service

The subscription plan includes general practice care and does not cover:

  • Specialist, consultant, or secondary care
  • Minor procedures or injectable therapies (unless separately priced)
  • Home visits or urgent care services
  • Third-party diagnostics or pharmacy costs are not explicitly discounted

Non-Transferability

  • Subscriptions are non-transferable and must not be shared.
  • Misuse or shared usage will result in immediate termination without refund.

Suspension of Services

The Health Suite may suspend access in cases of:

  • Suspected misuse
  • Repeated abuse of the booking system
  • Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour
  • Breach of these Terms

Data Consent and GDPR

  • Subscribers consent to the secure collection, processing, and storage of their health information in accordance with UK GDPR.
  • Health data collected during consultations and investigations will be used to support safe and effective care.

Refund Policy

  • Outside of the 14-day cooling-off period, no refunds will be issued for early cancellation or unused services, unless approved by management in exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation and Termination

  • After the first 12 months, the subscription may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice before renewal.
  • Requests must be submitted in writing to the contact details below.

Right to Terminate Subscription

The Health Suite reserves the right to terminate any subscription at its sole discretion in the event of:

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions,
  • Abuse of services,
  • Aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other patients,
  • Actions that compromise the safety or integrity of clinical care.

In such cases, notice of termination will be provided in writing. Any refund or partial refund will be made only at the discretion of management, based on usage and circumstances.

Amendments to Terms

  • The Health Suite may amend pricing, services, or terms with 60 days’ written notice.
  • Subscribers may cancel without penalty during this notice period if they do not accept the changes.

      • Up to 2 GP consultations per month, capped at 12 consultations per subscription year, each lasting 15 minutes, face-to-face or virtual.
      • 30-minute consultations are available but will count as 2 consultations toward the annual limit.
      • No additional fees for private prescriptions issued during consultations.

    • Diagnostics and Testing
      • One free Essential Health Blood Test, available after 6 months of continuous subscription.
      • 20% discount on any number of private Health Checks during the subscription year.
      • 10% discount on in-house blood tests and ultrasound scans.

Fair Usage Policy

  • The Comprehensive plan is designed for routine and ongoing care, not high-frequency or emergency use.
  • The Health Suite reserves the right to review usage and contact the subscriber if patterns suggest excessive or clinically unnecessary use.
  • Persistent overuse may lead to review or removal from the plan.

Use of Annual Benefits

  • The free blood test must be used within the subscription year and cannot be carried over.
  • Missed appointments for included services may result in the benefit being forfeited if not cancelled appropriately.

Fair Usage Policy

  • Unlimited consultations are provided within reasonable clinical limits.
  • The following maximums apply:
    • 2 consultations per week
    • 4 consultations per month
  • Additional access is permitted if clinically necessary, at the discretion of the treating GP.
  • Abuse of this policy may result in service restrictions or termination of the plan.

Use of Annual Benefits

  • Free PNOE and blood test benefits must be used within the subscription year.
  • Missed appointments without appropriate notice may result in forfeiture of the free benefit.
