Who it is for

Adults aged 16 and over who have any of:

  • Loud or habitual snoring
  • Someone has seen you stop breathing in your sleep
  • Waking unrefreshed, however long you sleep
  • Daytime sleepiness or persistent tiredness

How it works

  1. Free sleep check. Two minutes online [Launching Soon]. Tells you whether an assessment is worthwhile.
  2. Consultation. 45 minutes. We send you some questions to complete beforehand, then work out whether a sleep study is the right test for you.
  3. Home sleep study. We fit the device at the clinic, you sleep at home, you bring it back in the morning.
  4. Results and treatment. Your study is scored by hand by the practitioner who fitted it, not left to software. If treatment is needed, usually CPAP, we set it up and follow you up.

What we do not cover

Insomnia, narcolepsy, restless legs, and sleep problems in children under 16. We also cannot manage anyone who uses home oxygen or a home ventilator. The sleep check screens for all of this and tells you before you book.
