How XERF works
Facial ageing is more than wrinkles. Collagen production falls, the collagen that remains becomes less organised, and the skin and its supporting tissue loosen. That is what softens the jawline and starts jowling.
XERF delivers monopolar radiofrequency at two frequencies, 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz, through intact skin, heating collagen-rich tissue at a shallow, middle or deep level. The heat causes existing collagen fibres to contract and triggers remodelling that continues over the following months. Three depth settings, ten intensity levels and real-time impedance feedback mean treatment is set to your anatomy rather than a fixed protocol.
Integrated cryogen cooling protects the skin surface while heat is delivered beneath it, which is why XERF is designed to be performed without numbing cream.

Which treatment is right for your concern?
Different concerns need different treatments. Dermal filler replaces lost volume. Morpheus8 uses radiofrequency through microneedles to improve texture, scarring and pores. HIFU uses focused ultrasound through the skin surface to target deeper tissue. Endolift / Endoskin® uses a fine laser fibre beneath the skin and can combine tightening with targeted fat reduction. XERF is completely non-invasive and focuses on tightening and firmness without needles or artificially adding volume. Results and number of sessions
Some people notice firmness straight away, but the main change develops gradually over 3-6 months as collagen remodels. Some patients need one session; others benefit from a short course, depending on age, degree of laxity, skin quality and the result you want.
You may wish to have a second session after 4-6 weeks, with maintenance at 6 -12 months.
