Rachel has been practicing Yoga for more than 15 years and teaching for 11 years. After a back injury in 2000 left Rachel walking with a stick and in constant pain, Yoga became a lifeline and Rachel today is a testament to the benefits of a regular Yoga practice.
Rachel is an advanced (500hr) Yoga teacher and is also an international Yoga teacher trainer and qualified Yoga teacher assessor. Rachel is qualified and experienced in a range of Yoga and well-being practices and believes that Yoga is for every-body.
Teaching a blend of physical Yoga postures (asana), Yoga breathing (pranayama) and meditation, Rachel regularly teachers students from 4 to 90 years old and teachers Yoga as a curriculum subject in both Primary and Secondary schools.
With a special interest in Women’s health, Rachel is qualified in Menopause support offering a focused Yoga practice to help manage many of the symptoms associated with all stages of Menopause. Rachel is also a registered ‘Adore Your Pelvic Floor’ coach, delivering a 16 week pelvic floor programme.
Rachel has a passion for Yoga and teaching, and loves to share her knowledge and skills in order for others to share the amazing benefits.
